 crm-now started its business in 2005 as a service project of the im-netz New Media GmbH and was merged into the crm-now GmbH in 2011. The company and its US partner Illuminetic provide CRM systems to small and medium sized enterprises throughout Europe and USA that need a cost effective solution for their sales and support processes.

crm-now's services consist of a unique combination of a CRM Application Service Provider (ASP) based on commercialized Open Source and business process consulting.

The company is part of the im-netz group that is focused on Internet related services and development with more than 20 employees, serving more than 1000 customers worldwide. The im-netz group operates its own data centers.
